Rep Power: 0 | Dryness around eyes I have a client that I have been spraying every week since March. She always wants to be as dark as I can get her. I spray her twice, then unhook the hose from the air gun and dry her all over. Then I spray her a third time. I then let her dry for 15 minutes instead of the standard 10. Last time she was in, she mentioned she did not want her face sprayed because of dryness or crustiness under her eyes and on her eyelids. She is probably in her mid to late 50's and has very leathery skin from too much sun exposure. I told her that it probably has nothing to do with the solution that my mother had dryness on her eyelids like she described and I have now started to get it(I'm 47). I use a good high-quality eye cream, and that keeps it under control. I told her what I use and told her to be sure and not use it the day of her session. She said the dryness always started the day after her tan and subsided a day or two before her next appointment(so, about 5 days). What do you think? I promised that I would ask my friends on the forum so any feedback you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sharon |

You should be offering them eye protection. When my clients turn down eye protection I actually tell them I prefer them to leave their eye make-up on. I spray their face avoiding direct contact with their eyes then I immediately dry their eyes and tell them not to rub their eyes at all. Then I continue with the rest of their spray.

Unlike UV tanning you have no worry about light getting in so long as you have the openings of their eyes covered. http://eyepro.net/winkease.htm

Most women know the right makeup can blend with the color. I also sell a bronzing gel they can use around their eyes. I sell small cans of Infinity Sun for spritzing to.
