i am trying to get her to wipe her lips off from the solution after her spray... if she goes from the bed to the spray she needs to wipe it off. it's there to protect your lips while you spray. i tell each of my clients to take a tissue or wet wipe and clean their lips after i spray their face. if she sprays first and cleans her lips then puts on chapstick a second time with sunblock then no need to wipe that off. all of this being said engfant is right though, it just doesn't add up. it sounds like something else all together.

Dermatologist says it was a random case of contact dermatitis that might have been further irritated by not protecting lips properly during spray. The Dr. gave me the green light and for the tanning spray and actually has a girl at the office that is a technician. I have an appointment tomorrow and cannot wait!!! Lips are healing. I will take your advice and put on some thick balm before spray, wet wipe it off after, then apply an SPF prior to the bed. Mystery solved! |

I've seen this same thing happen several years ago... after checking everything out we realized that the "chapstick" she was using was really a lip glossifier and was rancid in the tube... she was infecting her lips with her favorite goop in the tube! Just a thought... hope this helps !! :) |

I know we are an easy one to point the finger at but there are many enviornmental things taht could have happened that day. My mothers lips did that because of a food allergy. |
