New in business, have many questions..

Hi there. I've had my equipment for about three weeks. I started a mobile airbrush tanning service but really I want to focus on group tanning/parties rather than individuals. godaddy is in the final stages of my weblaunch, i have an amazing logo, business cards, awaiting my auto adhesives to self promote, and have been networking like crazy with flyers and meeting new people through chamber functions and church groups. I have found a great connection in a very-hooked up marykay gal who has been such an asset to my upstart.

I have a few of questions though....

I use the spraytans G2 unit with the laser-guided airgun. It's not as mobile as I had hoped. It's actually quite heavy, but I have a nice bag to take it mobile when I need to. I really like the laser and the outputs, but it's taking me like 10 minutes on each side, if i count arms and legs. I know I have to be doing something wrong for equipment of this caliber to be taking that much time.

1. what am i doing wrong?

2. how do you guys go about spraying feet and hands?

i am not focusing too much on the laser guide as i havent used it for the entire tan process in the last 5 sprays i have done, but people seem to be curious about it so it helps sell my service i guess.

3. Do I have my outputs wrong? i have about a 4in spray and I spray in an up and down pattern.

4. also, does anyone have any feedback on you marketing success of the tampabay anti-aging solution ? imo, this is an interesting addition to recommend to my clients to use in conjunction with their daily anti-aging skin regiment at home.

What are you opinions on the aspect of anti-aging bronzer/ solution ?

Finally,
5. any thoughts on the organic solutions?

6. any one here have experience working with spraytans int'l? so far they have been wonderful and their solution beautiful. i want to know what others experience has been.

7. from my knowledge, spraytans int'l is the manufacturer of the australia gold and caltan, line, but is the popularity of solutions/equipment as desired?

thanks guys.. i'm open to further education and always looking for solutions!

Was there a more appropriate directory I should have posted this too? People are viewing but not responding. I guess I asked to many questions!

Re: New in business, have many questions..

You might want to try the search function on here. You'll be able to pull up all old post on the info you're wondering about.

I will tell you that I use the 12% Scentual Sun Organic solution for certain people that want to be dark. Love it.

For feet - on some light skinned people I dont even spray their feet. A small amount of overspray falls on their feet and gives them enough color. For others I very lightly mist their feet. Usually I hold the gun (hvlp) slightly lower than waist high and mist.

Good luck!
