Best Airbrush/HVLP For Home Use - tanTALK

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a new system for home use so I don't have to go to the salon. I've been looking at CalTa's & Norvell's; are they worth it or is there something better?

You came to a salon owners forum to ask them how not to do business with them in the future?
I don't use CalTan or Norvel but the one I do have will cost you several thousand dollars and it does an awesome job.

Do you know you can also get cheap ones for home use at Home Depot? I would suggest this route first to see how much you want to spray yourself without spending a lot of money. :)

I don't mind the price...just wondering what's best for home use. The girl that does it is part-owner of a salon if that counts, but she doesn't know much about equipment. They're using the CalTan one.

I think most companies are going to want to sell to a business with the higher end units. We have Infinity Sun's unit.

Wagner power painter, with the special spraytan nozzell. Then thin out ebony black, you'll be fine.

Home use would be a real pain in the rear with clean up and spraying yourself.
