Liability insurance

Does anyone who does mobile require that their client sign a waiver for property damage??
Where did you get your liability insurance and how much does it cost you annually? Please include coverage amounts (or PM me with those if you're not comfortable posting)

My waiver for tanning includes any damage to personal property. My insurance is through Insurtec, as they specialize in tanning salons and will write for mobile tanning...at a decent price. They will approve your liability waiver.

Just wanted to post what I've figured out so far....
I contacted my local insurance guy (still waiting to hear back - I can tell this isn't his normal policy), GLS Underwriters, and Insuretec.
GLS took a day longer, but quoted me less than $300/year with a $250 deductible. Insuretec was over $700/year with a $500 deductible. Both were for $500,000 in liability coverage plus my equipment coverage.
