CUSTOMER TURNING GRAY?

HAS ANYONE OUT THERE EVER SPRAYED SOMEONE AND THEY TURNED GRAY. WE USE NORVELL SOLUTION AND HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THE RESULT, DOSN'T LAST THE LONGEST, BUT GOOD COLOR. THIS LADY LOOKED SMOKED, GRAY. THE SOLUTION IS LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OLD AND WE SPRAYED A FEW OTHER PEOPLE TODAY AND THEY TURNED OUT FINE. ANYONE OUT THERE SEEN SIMILAR RESULTS?

I had to look at my book for this one and of course there is no mention of grey. Only green and that from the bronzer, old product, deoderants, sweat, metal, or perfumes. I dont know if that helps any?? Its kind of a long list.

SHE SAID SHE USED WHITE RAIN BODY WASH PRIOR TO GETTING SPRAYED. NOT THE BEST EXFOLIATER BUT STILL IT SEEMS ODD.

Never heard of someone turning grey. Are you sure she is still alive ?

make sure they stay away from commercial body washes. (besides we dont want to promote neutragena or any of those folks) too many ingredients to interact, my bet is that is why she turned grey. Have them exfoliate with baking soda and a cotton washcloth to neutralize ph/alkaline balance on skin.

Must have been the primer coat. Wet sand with 800 grit sand paper and spray again.
