Alligator skin 2 days after spray tan?

Has anyone came across this with clients? After they spray a couple days later their legs look like an alligator skin? You can see the outline of skin: just like a pair of boots or a purse made of alligator?

Info: client prepare/maintains correctly and moisturizers with appropriate product? Any hints?

Using Lever 2000 or equiv BAR SOAP in the shower.

Nope no bar soaps of any kind! ONly our body wash that is okay dokey with everyone else.

was there any head spinning or green hurling going on?

Maybe they were floating on the ceiling when the booth sprayed?

My POINT BEING you can't just ASSume these people are doing ANYTHING correctly cause clearly they aren't.

Can only be a couple of things.

They can't be moisturizing if their skin looks like alligators. Maybe their is too much chlorine in their water.

This client is a different bird....
My thinking is to much spray for her body, because she pays me extra double coat her on top of what I already spray for most guest! I don't like to do this but...$$$

Senerio: Skin type 1 (nicole kiddman skin) wants to be darker than Holly Berry! She has me put xtra cosmetic bronzer for the immediate grats! I use 10.5 dha and some times higher % when I should be using 5-7%!!

She uses our moisturizer that we have in the salon... She has bought all of my products and she does claim to using them.(I know) but I really think she does.
