Norvell Hvlp Gun

I just got the norvell nt2000. Is anyone else having problems with the gun leaking where the reserve connects?

I don't have Norvels but my gun did this also and I found it was the seal & trigger adjustment. If you can change it and it will fix it most likely. OR check the guns trigger adjustment knob, mine was loose and we tighten and it took care of that prob. also.

TRY THIS-take some fine sand paper and sand the top edge of the solution cup- sometimes there can be a slight ding in the plastic so it will not seal. put the sand paper on the table and turn the cup upside down this way it ends up even.

I forgot about this trick spraytannedjenn. I had a batch of cups that had issues and my hubby did this and this fix that problem also. :)
