I try not to touch them at all.. I think its awkawrd enough being alone in the room with random naked people.

The only time I EVER touch them is when I have to move their arm because Ive told them 30 times how to hold it and they still cant figure it out. I did help a pregnant woman one with her SLUFF wipes on her back.
