Best place to learn?

I am so excited!! I just got the juice for my gun so I can start spraying peeps, too. Just ONE problem... I don't know HOW to spray people. Reading on here is pretty confusing as well as listening to the dist I got the juice from. Start at the top, bottom? Spray in a circle, up and down? Is there someplace online that I can go to find out how to spray? I know its all about practice, but I would even travel to a school or whatever to learn how to get really good.....
