Re: Breeze 10 % turned orange
I use one solution with one level of DHA. Period. Thats all you need. If you know how to spray lighter on someone who you wouldnt want as dark you dont need 3 different solutions.

Re: Breeze 10 % turned orange
Really? Does this work with HVLP also or just airbrush? I use to use one % and it didnot fit all my guest. Especially my body builders who desired darker results even after double spraying within couple days and their original skin type was a 3 or 4.
What % do you use on your guest? I know you say you do a lighter spray...do you mean just turn down air flow? or is it the actual distance of spraying? |

Re: Breeze 10 % turned orange
Distance of spraying. I only use a 10% solution. I use an IWATA comressor. I spray red heads and ghosts with a lighter spray by pulling farther or away from the client. I have never had someone too dark, (thats usually never an issue anyway). If your spray is of a decent thickness (not too thin) by spraying them heavier or lighter wont change anything... and you only need one kind of solution. I dont "type" anybody. I listen to what they want their results to be and I spray coatings according to what their skin can take moisture wise and what their color can take to be the right color.

Re: Breeze 10 % turned orange
To BREEZE or NOT TO BREEZE? that is the question. you guys are freakin' me out with this.
i just got my breeze juice yesterday as i stated in another thread. i used it on half myself last nite, which is not easy to do. i liked the results, so i finished the other half today. color seems maybe a little more natural than norvell? my skin does feel really dry tho. i cant wait to shower and moisturize! i also think it might take a little longer to process, at least on me. i used 10.5%. i am pretty tan most of the time, a healthy color, not too done. i do like this color better tho. i am worried about spraying fair people. how much ? tom said no more than 2 oz per person? is that about right? |

Re: Breeze 10 % turned orange
2oz solution for most body sizes. I use 1.5 oz on body size of 40lbs to approx 115lbs or so.. mainly us around 2 oz. I do have a couple of clients in the 300lbs range and I do use quite a bit more as you would figure. But generally I would say around 2oz..
I wish I knew what was the answer. I wish I could only store one solution, but my guest are sooooooo over the top if you know what I mean...I have several options and I DO charge accordingly.. |

This is how i do it as well... technique wise I only use Norvell... i have tried other solutions though, with different shades... and the clients always say they only want the norvell dark... it lends itself to very fair and very tan alike.

Re: Breeze 10 % turned orange
actually i have tried norvell "COCOA" recommended from my lotion rep. i was not pleased with it. since i have sprayed with the breeze 10.5%, i can definately see a difference in color and darkness. the color is more natural like what i would get from the tropics. and i actually could never get this dark with the norvell products. although, i like norvell, but this solution really dries fast-probably more alcohla % in it, but everyone is dazzeled so far. you definately woulndt want to spray someone fair with this level. although you could shower it off quicker and be ok. the problem i am having is trying to spray less. less is more, right?
