Thanks for the help...I will give some of the above a try...Maybe No spray on feet and allow overspray...or maybe only one pass with the HvLP and avoid feet on second pass..??

Thanks again...Neon is probably correct...just spray them in their shoes...corrects everything...
except what do I do with the stain on their shoes???:lol:

We do start with the feet - for some reason that still happens. But usually only with the same people ... maybe they are just the few that do something weird to mess up their feet. Who knows.
