IF you are going to do I would give your client a copy of the ingredenets in the Clear Spray tan Solution to give to her Dr. Before you even think of spraying her. By all means clean everything before you spray her. Your gun, the filters, the walls and everthing else that the solution might have come into contact with. Make it an opportnity to do a deep cleaning. If it is just the red dye that is the problem. it should be ok but I would go slow starting with a small patch at first and working up to the entire body . Be sure to have some benidril handy or even better yet an epi pen.
