1st Customer Complaint - tanTALK

Had a friend of mine get sprayed and loved it! Sprayed her this time and she just called and said shes BRIGHT orange and that areas on her face are "wiping off" her mouth area, chin, tip of nose and cheeks. I asked her the usual questions, are u using any products that u normall dont? did u have lotion on when i sprayed blah blah. Shes on vacation so I told her to go swimming in a chorline pool or hot tub for as long as possible and to go tanning outside. Any other suggestions?

salt water works really good too. Not a god time for that right now but good for future use. Really good excuse to have a facial also. A mini face peel that you can get at the store would also help I am famular with the avon'a Anew clinial peels- just make sure she uses a good sun screen to prevent damage to the sensitive skin!

As for the cause for the problem, Unless you changes solutions, she most likely changed something. Just like you asked lotion ect. has anyone else you sprayed that day canout orange? I don't know your customer but it might not be the color she is saying. Every customer has different perceptions of color!

No one else complained of any color that day. She got sprayed 3 days ago and is now just calling to complain so I am thinking she did something different like u say jenn and that resulted in the discoloration. she had been sprayed before and loved it so I just dont know. She sounded really upset with me, i just dont want to loose business.

I thought you were supposed to avoid Clorinated pools....turns the DHA green.

it just lessens the time the tan stays with you.

Jen, it says to avoid Clorinated Water in the Smart Tan Certification Manual and Test.

I'm reading it now and it says the clorine mixed with DHA will turn green.
