Hay Angie, since you can't any useful info here and others may have the same problems I'll post what I suggested already.
*Radios in Spray Room - I hum to the music while spraying, eases the tension *Remind them how good they will feel and look after it's done. *Use your nurses experience to let them know "you've seen it all, nothing phases you". *Offer a Robe *Use Heaters to keep them warm and comfortable *I offer a stool, chair for them to sit in if I'm not quite set up and in the same room. *Put a full length mirror on the back of the door but not where they are in constant view of their body. They can view the results at the end but if they keep seeing themselves (if they have low self esteem) it will continue to remind them how funny they feel. |

I understand my suggestions are more relavant ONCE they are already in there but I like Jens idea for getting them in there. Except for reminding them this is a professional service maybe compare it to going to a 'dress fitting' and remind them that it is over quickley (unlike dress fittings though).
