Rep Power: 19 | Call from Mystic Tan So about six months ago, my MT booth broke down. I called Mystic and they were real good to tell me what to do. My husband came in and helped me and we went through everything to fix it. FInally had to have a technician come to the tune of $1000.00. Okay, get it fixed and I call my sales rep to see about getting a deal on some juice as the jug I had just bought from MT had run out all on the floor. She was a complete BI__OTCH!!! She just said NO, no deal and you are priveledged to buy this juice from ME. I was totally, totally pi**ed off and remembered folks talking about BREEZE on this web site. I called them and am now using their juice. The clients love it, the mist isn't so thick and I can get it scented, which everybody loves. WELL.................... my sales rep from Mystic just called and wanted to know what I was doing for mist, did I switch companies? I told her no, the booth is just sitting in there. She wanted to know what I am doing with it? I told her it is none of her business what I am doing with my booth. She said thanks and hung up. I don't care. I don't have a warranty with them anymore anyway. I guess they'll take me off the website. BIG DEAL!!! She is nasty and has the personality of a rock. Mystic Tan is not the only game in town!! |

Rep Power: 19 | Re: Call from Mystic Tan who did you buy your booth from? maybe you can complain to them about your experience with MT. I had some guy be a total A-hole to me on the phone one time and I told the distributer about my experience and I received an apology phone call from someone at MT. The apology doesn't pay the bills but at least the guy was reprimanded. Island girl - how long have you had your booth? |

Rep Power: 19 | Re: Call from Mystic Tan The booth was bought directly from Mystic Tan from the previous owner of the salon. I've thought about calling the sales mgr, but just have kind of blown it off. I do like the Breeze juice better, but I have been taken off the Mystic website. That kinda bites. When I first purchased the salon, I was on the phone every day almost to my sales rep learning how to do Mystic and be the best at it. Then, she got promoted to sales mgr and the person that took her place has always been really rude and arrogant. She has NEVER even called me to see if I needed anything. Do ya think I need to call them and bi**h a little bit????????? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Call from Mystic Tan I just got in my Breeze solution and I'm really excited to start using it. I"ve been using Norvell and so far so good there too. Norvell is really nice, but I'm going to try Breeze just to compare the two. |
