Rep Power: 22 | Breeze Canned Tan Hi all, We have been selling Breeze's "Canned Tan" for a while and have had problems. Our first batch was fine but our second, third and now fourth batch have had problems loosing the propellant. Second and third shipments we though were just bad. But after having many customer bring them back we called and complained. We got credit for the bad ones and after all that hassle were sent a fourth batch, which really was a replacement credit on all the bad ones, and it too has gone bad. We have contacted Breeze and have yet to hear back. Will be calling again today. It actually seems to start from the day they are produced. If we get them in and sell them quickly, no problem. But as they sit the propellant leaks out, this is even evident when looking around the top seal of the can, small specks of sunless solution are visible around the entire lip. "Shelf Life" seems to be about 7 months at which point so much propellant is lost the product spatters and spits or does not spray at all! The last batch is dated 4/10 of 06. We just received them a month ago and they are already bad which is why we are calling again. Has anyone else had this problem? Ours are stored in a dry cool place - cabinets behind our sales counter. Anyone have another brand they can recommend for an aerosol type spray application? Thanks! Shawn |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Breeze Canned Tan I have the same lot 4/10/06. We have had NO complaints. I have a can in my Hvlp room for demo purposes and I do not use it everyday...so it does set and it seems fine. My retail products have had no challenges either and believe me our guest would be knocking at the door if it did. Who is your rep? If it is not Thomas Painter it needs to be. HE is terrific. He has always been there for us when we have had questions. Now I have never had a problem or issue but I feel confident he would take care of it and I'm not a "mega" store either, but he makes you feel just a special... |
