Rep Power: 19 | Storage of DHA solution I have been reading many posts on the sunless solution separating and turning green due to it not being properly stored. I read in a post that it should be at 75 degrees at all times and if its too hot it will start to separate and become no good. I think it was aloha who said get a frigerator for the solution to store in?? How do you all keep your sunless solution from going bad?

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Storage of DHA solution I use to keep my juice in the refrig. also for a longer shelve life, but I was told if you temp doesn't fluctuate or it is around consistent temp 75 degrees its ok to live out. The big issues I'm told to Hot or Freezing is a issue and it causes break down. I keep some in refrig and some in my spray tan room. The green I'm told is a couple of things. 1. food coloring base. 2. Opening and closing lid and not proper closure which allows o2 to oxidize. No harm to solution just not a good look while spraying? 3. Old solution 4. Bacteria in solution * NOw with this info who is right? I'm told something different by all sunless reps. IMO I think it sound more like oxidization? To prevent what I do (Not sure if this is a good thing, but I donot have prob. with green) I shake my juice each night or prior to usage. My booth well thats a different story. Also I do not buy gal. anymore I buy 1/2 gal to rotate my stock more often. Not the best in cost efficiency, but I donot have green issues. |

Rep Power: 24 | Re: Storage of DHA solution yep I always keep my juice in the frig which is in my spray room . I have ( had ) white base boards which are a light shade of green now. Ever sprayed someone who had deoterant on ?? the arm pitts will turn green too. It's the air & heat. |
