I need some suggestions on what to spray on my bodybuilders? I use Breeze and CAltan and Norvel..so far I can't get them dark enough. Should I just find a color cosmetic bronzer only and spray color only NOT sunless??

I know Breeze makes a Comp. color 12.5 but I donot want to buy alot of it yet..I asked Thomas and he was great with suggestions. I am trying DHA drops and see if this helps, but any other suggestions for the artist out there that does bodybuilders: what do you use and what type of oil do you spray on them before competition.
Again I use HVLP Custom Bronzer Caltan. Any help is much appreciated.

most body builders ive been around use protan..its been around for YEARS!!! and it will get you the darkest most even color..prep your skin and apply the first coat 3 days prior to competition..it comes with the sponge brush on a stick similar to what you get at a paint store..your brush it on and it dries pretty fast..do it at night before you go to bed if you can..it will be better than any spray tan ..and its tried and true

I appreciate your response. I familar with protan and Jantana, but our WWE and OVW and bodybuilders want something more smooth and natural, but DARK..I heard of company called SUnRAZ and they have a mobile service and spray them, but and then spray an oil for comp day. I have seen the pics. and not really impressed at the overall blotch..muddy look..Just looking for something custom for my clients and professional.. They donot want to mess with the hazzle of protan/jantana..Trying to knock it up a notch..if you know what i mean.. Thanks again..STill looking for answers..

I have a couple clients that do the comp and i know they usually get sprayed at the show - they someone is always there to do it. What do these guys use? Going to ask one of my clients next time i see them. I think the told me Jantana though - that stuff is dark.

Maybe you fool around long enough with different combinations of this and that you will find what they like. Find how the golden goose lays its eggs and you are the man. Find and or make something better than they use now you could be doing the shows. It is my understanding that these guys are busy and booked for two days at these big shows. Got to be some good money.

Alohatanca I'm glad you responded to my post. I spoke to Thomas and he said you use it and love it. The only thing is I hate to buy the larger quantity, because I'm not sure how many BB's I will be doing? He suggested the DHA drops. What do you think about them..I did go ahead bought the smallest thing he had to offer..but little nervous about using them..do they really pump it up? Thomas said around 1% increase. If so couldn't I just had the drops to my 10.5 to meet the %...have you tried this..Tell me what you think...You are my expert...thanks linda.

I spray them all the time in Vegas when the shows are here I will tell you what to use its takes about 4 coats thats it.
