Barrier cream for spray tans what can be used instead of barrier cream? any moisturiser, vitamin e cream or vasaline? or is it special stuff? and where can i get that spray on prep for clients who have make up on or a sweaty/havnt exfoliated etc.? |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Much of what you listed. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Vasoline is best for price and results. All About Me has a spray exfoliator, works great and only $10.00 for 16 oz bottle. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans You can also make your own Spray exfoliator using Lemon Juice and water. You use 2 oz. of Lemon Juice to 14 oz. of water mix in a spray bottle and your set. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Almost any moisturizer with cocoa butter or some vasiline base will work great. I use Suave Cocoa butter moisturizer that I buy at Walmart for about $3.00 a bottle. It's advantage is that it absorbs into the hands and does not leave any residue on the hands or anything the customer touches. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Ditto on using regular lotion. Also the cream-type Vaseline works well. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans i'll have to have a look around, its hard to get the 'professional' stuff because im in australia, and just getting into the swing of things |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Cheap Coco Butter from any drug store or Wal-Mart works the best IMO, I have tried Mystic, Cal-Tan, ECT. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Antiperspirant spray. |
Re: Barrier cream for spray tans Yes that works great but is very expensive. |
