Question for all you mobile tanners!

I am going mobile starting in October......I was wondering how you spend your time as your client is drying off in front of fans (or whatever you use). I am assuming most of you spray in their bathrooms? Where do you go to wait for them to be done? I just had to ask because I envision myself feeling really awkward and not knowing where to go and wait. Do you wait in their house? If you do, then where? This is probably a really rediculous question...I just don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable! (including me):)

Re: Question for all you mobile tanners!

The HVLP system I use has a hose that looks like a vacuum hose powering the gun. By the time I finish spraying people the air is warm. I disconnect the hose and use this like a dryer head to toe. Total of about 5 minutes. Then I use a large makeup brush to put baby powder on the areas that are still tacky.

I don't do mobile, but it will work the same way.

You could always bring a blow dryer and use that on your clients. And maybe purchase a pop up tan tent. That way you can spray in any room of the house, not just the bathroom.

No bathroom thats tacky IMHO. My clients are dry when I am done but to kill time while I am cleaning hands & feet I let them use the blow dryer. Portable pop up unit is used for mobile service.
