Re: Adding scent to solution???

Mystic offers a Vanilla Aroma for 20 dollars a bottle. You add the bottle to the five gallon drums it smells better with it.

Re: Adding scent to solution???

Just curious... If you add a scent to a product, does that make you the manufacture and add more liability to you?

Re: Adding scent to solution???

if you alter it, it is your liability. Mystic's is made by them as an additive to the 5 gal drum. It is awesome. Great results with it. Clients love it

Re: Adding scent to solution???

we have had 4 different scents an apple a vanilla a floral ( gross what were we thinking, everyone ended up smelling like fairys LOL) and our most popular is a tropical we call funky. I think it smells like a mild tropical punch. not too much coconut.

Yes, if add a scent you have changed the formula, therefore, you made a new product and you are now liable.

Re: Adding scent to solution???

It's an additive supplied by the maker I would assume they are liable since it is thier additive.

Re: Adding scent to solution???

^^Exactly.^^ As long as you are using the product for its intended purpose, you are fine. Now if you go to Walmart and buy a bottle of your favorite stinkum and pour it over into a gallon of your spray, you are assuming some liability, I would think.
