Re: SUNLESS Smells! Any suggestions!
stop using it......we all know the stronger the DHA the stronger the after tan smell. It happens to be a chemical reaction with your body/sweat and cannot be controlled unless less DHA is added.
One idea is to mix it with a straight accelerator without DHA. Mixing the 2 will sort of dilute the amount. So in a .5 oz cup...mix it half and half....see what happens. Add a good smelling lotion and that should help. Or throw it out cuz nothing will work for that lotion.

Not necessarly, Usually its the PH balance of the persons skin reacting to the DHA that is the culprit. And yes it can be controlled. Try the a primer towel before hand by cal tan this helps. Norvell has aromatherapy dropps you can put in with the solution. Customer can pick what sent they would like. Great add on.

Re: SUNLESS Smells! Any suggestions!
Thanks guys for the feedback..Sorry I wasn't clear...I am HVLP airbrushing and Mystic service.. I have used Norvels aromatherapy drops..great the day of service, but days after... whew! stinky..Re: PH...I do use a maximizer PH balancer on everyone of my clients...still day of processing usually ok..its the days to follow..I sprayed myself with Breeze 82DN and I sprayed my daughter with 105 and the day of not bad... but It really reeks ...As I have said in the past no matter what I use: CAltan, Breeze, Fantasy tan, designer skin or Norvel..It just STINKS! Perfume companies should see a rise in profit! :)

Re: SUNLESS Smells! Any suggestions!
Get a different solution....anyone use a different solution that they find doesn't have a bad after tan odour? Could be the solution. Don't the spray tan's have a clear solution to neutralize the odour that you could add to it?
