I believe you are correct, it is not approved for internal use, and this is where the trouble begins when clients are not provided with proper protection.

C6H12O6 is the chemical formula of DHA when it is in its dimeric form, it is a solid. When it is dissolved in solution, it breaks down into a monomer (C3H6O3).
