Do you do anything for NEW clients - tanTALK

Wondering if any of you do something special for your first time clients. Like samples, a kit, other types of take home - something to make yourself stand out from the competition?

Our new tanners can try us out for $1 in a 20 minute bed. We did have Smart Tan brochures, a free lotion sample and winkease at one point. We paid all this extra money to get the brochures in. We'd find them laying in the trash, so we stopped that. The $1 tan is good enough.

2nd single visit is 1/2 price if purchased with first single. works well 4 us. no first tan free crap.

and all new customers get 1 free upgrade to next level or 1/2 price to higher level with a package.

I agree. If we go to a new restaurant, do we get our meal free cause it's our first time there? Don't think so...

Used to do it when we first opened, well actually it was a BOGO, just that stopped in year 2.

for our first time customers - we show them where their bed is, how to turn it on, how to adjust the fan and radio, and where the bathroom is so they won't be tepmted to use the wastebasket... yup, that's all
