Rep Power: 0 | TAN FLAKING OFF I am using the norvell solution for my spray tans . I have a customer that after spraying her, the color on her face and arms are flaking off. Anyone have this happen? Not sure what to do or change. New to this whole thing.

When is the flaking occuring? Immediately after spraying, the next day, or what? Did she happen to have a sunburn when she came in? What condition was her skin in when she was sprayed? Sorry - Lots of questions here!

Rep Power: 57 | Re: TAN FLAKING OFF You sprayed way too much on her. The skin is only able to absorb just so much DHA at once. If you apply too much, to top, outer layer will not get absorbed. As that layer begins to sluff off, usually the next day, it may also pull the bottom layer off with it. Ease up with how much DHA you're applying |
