HOW CAN I FIND THERE WEB PAGE OR GET IN CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY?AND WHICH SOLUTION IS BETTER THIS ONE OR NORVELL.

I tried a sample of their Revelation sunless solution I was impressed and thought it smells better than Norvell's.

Biddiscombe is actually manufactured in a lab environment, not mixed up in a kitchen sink. That is why it is more consistent than Norvell.

I know someone who visited their "labs" a few years back, unless things have changed, this was his comment to me: "If it were a kitchen you wouldn't wanna eat anything that came out of it". Just passing on what I was told of course.

I believe this was during their earlier years, things may have very well changed.

Biddiscombe operates from an 8500 sf manufacturing facility. In addition to our production activities, it includes a new product development lab completed in 2005 that is manned by 2 cosmetic chemists.

Biddiscombe's plant is registered with the FDA and is regularly inspected. We operate in accordance with FDA developed cGMPs.

As we do quite a bit of private label work, we are often visited by customers that have a keen interest on where their products are coming from. In fact we strongly recommend to private label customers to come to the plant so they can see for themselves that our quality and cleanliness standards are very high.

What ever happened to the salesman, Tom??? I dealt with him for years and one day, poof, he was gone.

Tom has gone to Breeze. I had him too and LOVED him!!! Haven't been impressed with the others I have dealt with since he left. Ellie contacted me and said she would be my new rep and when i mentioned that I was waiting for a refund on and order that was messed up, she said she would take care of it...NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN! I called back the other day and spoke to another men and when I called the guy told me "If I told you I would take care of it, then I took care of it." Well guess what, just checked my LAST 3 credit card statements and STILL NO REFUND!! I may try Breeze products since Tom is there. He ALWAYS gave me GREAT customer service. Why do companies always fire the good ones???? I really liked Biddiscombe products until now...guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
