Yesterday I ran a special on my mystic , 3 people called already this morning and said they hate it!! Any suggestions on what to tell them? One lady is even leaving work because she is so upset. This is the first time anyone has complained. Help!!

u gotta be careful with spray tan it dosent work well for everybody (IMO)

also i find specials/coupons bring in people who would complain more than others

I suggested they "Lock their doors and stay home for 4 to 5 days" Just kidding!! I just opened Jan 1, I just want to make everyone happy!! So I am pretty bummed right now about it, two of them are coming in tonight I offered them some time in my Excellence 850 , hoping that will help brown them a little.

Two of them came in together and they have a great sense of humor are not all upset, they actually want to come get a package and tan that way, they just wanted to try something new. the other lady is freaking out, the only common denomonator is the all came from another town 15 miles away. Maybe something in the water there??

yeah coupon junkies seem to always look for a freebie or complain to get a higher discount on your service. They may Spray tan ans say they don't like it to get a percent off of you regular monthly package.

If the lady is really upset, offer her 50% off in one of your beds. I would not give her a full refund, if she watched the video prior to her session, she should have known what to expect. It's those coupon clipppers you need to watch out for!

Ok, She complained about being orange like a oompa loompa. I refered her to sunless.com because I did not want to tell her what to do myself, afraid she would turn it around on me if the remedy she tried failed. She actually called me back a little bit ago and said she used the facial bleach on her hands and it really worked well!! She said her face was not streaked so she did not want to risk bleaching that and would let it fade naturally. My luck she will be the one whos tan lasts 10 days!!!! She is so much less upset now. Thanks everyone!! I survived my first unhappy customer!! :)
