Rep Power: 0 | We have recently purchased two manual spray machines (Australian Gold Laser Spraytan ) and am wondering if we need to be concerned about our employees, and owners for that matter, spaying members of the opposite sex. We are considering making it mandatory to leave the door open in the room during spraying to alleviate any type of accusations of inappropriate "touching" and such. Are employees under the age of 18 allowed to spray? Also, we will be spraying cheerleaders, dance team members, and possibly young pagent entries. I anticipate the parents to be in attendance during spraying, but should I (a male) refrain from spraying young women to avoid any feelings of uncomfort on their part. We want to avoid any and all false accusations, if that's possible. Thank you in advance for your thoughts and ideas. |

Rep Power: 107 | You wanna leave the door open, but are worried about touching? How about peeping? My opinion? Look at it as being a professional service. Do massage therapists worry about what gender they are massaging? |

Rep Power: 21 | For pageant girls (or any girls) who are under 18, I would definitely request a parent or guardian in the room with you. Many of the pageant girls I spray do not want lines at all - they have bathing suit competition also, and do not want any lines at all that may show with their suits. It's for your protection, mostly. If they have booked an appointment and the parent simply dropped them off, I would insist that another employee (one that is same sex as the client) be present. But, if you have an employee available to be in the room, it may be best to simply have that employee spray them. I personally would not leave the door open while spraying anyone. Who's to say there's not another client waiting with a good cell phone equipped with a camera? |

Rep Power: 28 | We have been doing this for 3+ years. Never had a problem. We offer to spray male or female topless but do require at least a thong. This way we don't discrimenate. We let the client decide how they are comfortable. Some wear swimsuits others go topless, had a few that went bottomless Just be professional. Explain that you are looking at the skin, not the body |

Rep Power: 24 | I require that everyone wear bottoms, period. The private parts have mucousemebrains & should not come into contact with the solution per the FDA. If under 18 & they want to go topless then I require a parent to be in the room with me as I spray. I provide disposable thongs & the manhood for the guys,& nose plugs (if pregnant must be worn) The solution comes out cold so when the guys come in thinking wow some girl is going to spray me , well lets say that they are the one that gets the surprise !!! I would not allow anyone under 18 to spray the clients, cause now it's just reverse & they are the ones that could be shocked by some guy for the rest of their life and that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I trained 2 girls & 1 guy but in the end everyone wanted me to spray them I guess because I am older ?? I also require parents approval if they are under 18. |
