I spray people & the color is great & the application is great, but the very bottoms of their feet turn colors. They use the barrier cream. What else can i do to prevent this?

Are you using an HVLP system or airbrush ? What are they standing on when you spray them and what barrier cream are you using?

I am using the caltan 3000 & they are standing on medical mats (white cotton on front, blue vinyl on the underside) and i'm using the caltan barrier cream. Thanks

I use the same system & cream , but Norvell seems to work better . When you spray where do you start & stop ?

I start at their legs then their body, arms, face & once more all over.

Try having them stand on a damp towel.

I bought some bath towels and everytime i spray someone, I flip the towel over so they dont step in the overspray. after 2 sprays i get a new towel. I never have problems with the bottom of the feet and I dont use a barrier cream.

I do the same as abtanner i just flip a towel over after every client. never use barrier cream on bottoms of feet.

This is what I do too, but I use the barrier cream too. Always fan out past the body.

I also put a clean towel down everytime. It is a great idea for sanitary reasons. Not everyone has clean feet. Instead of barrier cream, I have the customer wipe the bottom of the feet with a baby wipe as well.. never any problems.
