we use barrier cream, optional booties and the hair nets... does anyone use Mystic Barrier Cream?

We just use lotion - i have a girl that explains to use the hair net on the feet - i dont use them though so i explain the lotion route. I love explaining it to people and leaving the room and then the spray starts 30 seconds later. No way they got ready the way i told them to.

I dont understand my results i did it the way you said - really.

I let the unit run out of spray - not paying attention. Customer tanned in just the air out of the nozzle - i didnt have the heart to tell her. Came back the next day and said she really didnt get that much - really. Charged her again and ran her through - she got much more the second time. I was not riight to do this i know - stupidity should have its price though.

Who's the stupid one, you for not maintaining your equipment, or your customer for trusting you and your equipment. I can't believe you did this. WOW charged her again my god. I can't believe that you would admit to such a scummy thing. Shows not everybody on here has the same morals. Shame on you. Scammer!!!

Did you give me negative point for that?

If you never let your machine run out of spray - good for you. Say what you want. Was it better to do what i did or better to make the customer feel stupid - your choice - you know what mine is.

I am also sure your machine is always filled up and that you never have a lamp out - you are doing the best job ever. Now PM one of your friends so that they can come and give a postive point on your post - go on now go ahead.

Oh dont forget to give me another negative point please.

Explain to me how your customer would feel stupid. Do you mean you didn't want to feel stupid for not being "on top" of things in your salon?
And as far as negative points, yes look for the one I gave you... I signed my name. :)
No I never ran out of spray. There is not reason for it, check it daily or weekly or whatever. **** you can even check and make sure everything is "up to par" before the customer gets in. Explain to me what is so hard about that? When a bulb burns out I immediately know because I stay late and come in early instead of running out the door when it is closing time.

I check and run my machines(check fans, bulbs everything I can) everyday before I even open. If a bulb is out which really never happens it gets changed right then and there.

And when **** happens own up to it!!! Maybe you should of told the customer when they came in the NEXT time that you realized after they left that the spray wasn't woking properly, and said this one is on the house. Explain to them that you were happy they stopped back in because you were going to call them today to see how the tan was.

I agree Tanology. I cannot understand how someone would feel that it is perfectly fine to charge the customer a second time for this mistake. As stated, **** does happen, but one should own up to the things that are their fault and try to make it right.

I was going to call you a liar but i saw you only had four units. I guess you can check every detail everyday - what does that take you 3 minutes. I on the other hand have 32 units to look after. I also have 300+ customers to look after a day right now 700 to 800 very sooon.

Was i right - no but this is the way it played out. I didnt know until she left. She rolled out and said she didnt see a difference yet - along with all the other customers. Give it a few hours and it will be coming.
