Ok...this is probably a stupid question, but this is what I need you guys for! I am an esthetician that is branching out into SAFE spray tanning! Works great with my "no sun lectures"! I am working with VERY limited space in my room(which I rent) without the possibility of expanding unless I want to rent another room to spray. At 500 bucks a month...I can't do it! SOOO, I have my pop up tent and spray stuff on one side of the room and skin care/waxing on the other. There is a spot for an exhaust fan at the back of the tent, but it would mean moving it another foot away from the wall making it even closer quarters. Do I really need this fan? Will everything get stickey and gross if I don't use it? Thanks!!! |
Yes you will need the fan.......Don't advertise it as safe spray tanning , it has it's share of issues. Sun , we would not be living without . |
of course you need it, there has been no reports about this product being inhaled continously, just get an extension cord and get the fan. the model is lasko 3900, www.smartermall.com |
Correct,DHA is safe on the outside but no one knows if it is safe on our insides. I ALWAYS wear nose plugs. Whether I am the sprayee (mp) or especially if I am the sprayer. |
Yup, you need a fan and filter system. Even with that, some of the DHA spray will escape and find its way into the A/C filters clogging that up. |
I cant believe we answered that question!!! THIS IS AN INDOOR TANNING WEBSITE!! No sun lectures??!! OMG |
Like I said above , no sun no life. As for the "no sun lectures" please don't get me started....lol |
Gosh guys..did not realize I was being so "stupid". I grew up in CA..lived at the beach for 30 years...definatly have more than my share of sun damage. I am still all about getting some rays, but I have been in skin care for 9 years and I have seen alot of skin cancer. I got into this spray tanning and am really excited about it...and I just wanted some info on an exhaust fan! Rockey...I don't believe YOU answered ANY question...just bothered to leave negativity. By the way...I am posting on a SUNLESS link!Alohatanca..thanks for the post and I will keep in mind the "safe" tan thing. You are right...I don't know enough to really say that. I really appreciate everyone who responds to these posts(with positive imput) because I live on an island and am sort of winging it out here.I have a friend who lost half her nose this week due to sun cancer...and I really don't want to get into a debate with this with anyone(like I said...I still love the sun). I hope to be able to give positive feedback to others one day. Thanks, Danielle |
Sun cancer?? Right! Gotta watch out for that. |
