OK...
LEts hear from all you sunless booth owners.
Which booth do you have?

How has it helped increase traffic in your salon or has it?

WHat are the complaints?

HOw well does it work and are you satisfied with the overall results you have had since adding this booth to your business?

M,
I have Mystic and it has been a great investment. Paid for itself within a year and has really driven traffic into the studio that may have not ever walked in. We are a little different here, (than our comp) We have them watch the video with us there to answer questions and also give a personal demonstration of where everything is as well as stance, movement etc... and explain all of the products to them and how they can enhance their result. Most places around here don't even have a video let alone a personal Q&A and personal demo. We also have the Mystic "how to" poster framed in the room for instructional reasons.

This is what again sets us apart from my comp.

Like dcjjp2, we show the video, then walk the new customer through the steps just to be sure they don't have any questions.

We have reminder instructions in the room and we check on the customer until they are out of the room.

WE have the Celebrity Tan Booth. Paid for within 6 months. Increased the salon by 12% with the type I and non-UV tanners. AS we also belong to a local wedding event planners organization, we get the last minute "I gotta have a tan for my wedding" bride.

Photographers have commented on the quality of the tan as most other "spray-on" tans can seem "OFF" in the final wedding pics.

i have a solar shower triple stage,it has two colors and an exfoliation with it... it does real well.. others are fighting with mystic for prices and no one can price shop me,plus i get an additional $10 for the exfoil. spray so while others are fighting over mystic on every street corner i am doing well.. i paid $22,500 brand new and i have done 808 sessions as of today... i know b/c i did maint. on my salon today... i am very happy with my unit and wouldnt trade it for a brand new mystic... the color and the trouble free booth are worth it for me... i do believe alot of booths on the market are close and when it comes down to it,its all about customer knowledge before and after the spray....my staff spends 3 min. before and after my customer sprays... i believe their is no perfect spray out there, maybe in hollywood...its kinda like a 15 yr. old putting make up on for the first time, be truthful how many of you did it right the first time.. i do really well with mine and love it alot...i get $19.99 to spray and another $9.99 to exfoliate so i get $29.98 for both.. it doesnt take long to pay for a booth at those prices.... why would you buy airbrush vs. spraybooth... no appointments,no one to teach how to airbrush ,your net worth goes up b/c of equipment, your booth always shows up for work..haha....i believe if you cant paint a car right, how can you airbrush someone right...just for the record i have sold 12 of these units since i have bought mine in january, and they are all working trouble free.... if you buy the solution thru us your booth has life time warr. on it.. i think that is awesome.if i can help,i will be glad too, just give me a ring....thanks for your time..p.s. i hope everyone had a great season and also get to take a vacation.. i think we all deserve it....i know im ready for it...anyone likes to fish,i go to lake fork alot right now and its as i call it "gods" lake.. 38 out of the top 50 bass in texas are from that lake.. will be glad to take anyone in tanning bus. with me for a break.. i just love to fish and meet people in the bus..their are alot of good people in the bus.. i have been privaleged to have met some of them...thanks for all the help and knowledge along the way...michael...
