Rep Power: 0 | I attended the Las Vegas Tanning expo this past weekend and as a new airbrush / Spray tanning salon owner - I was glad I invested in the trip. As far as Spray tanning the only exibitors were: California Tan Norvell Fantasy Tan - which has a new portable spray unit and a booth (however very $$$ for smaller salons) Mystic tan - Also has a new booth - customers purchase a can of tanning solution and place it in the machine. Its a one use tan can that is sprayed on with the machine. Magic Tan (Which has a new airbrush Unit) which I personally wasnt very impressed with as it limits the types of solutions I offer my clients to (Their solution only) There were smaller companies there but as a newbie to the market I was very happy that I attaneded |

Rep Power: 0 | I agree - it wasnt at all what I was expecting but I was happy to bring back the samples too. ALOHATANCA - What HVLP system do you currently use? I am in the market for a new system and was actually looking to purchase the Norvell system, but they had it at the show and it was entirely too loud for my salon (Sounded like a shop vac, I guess I wasnt prepared for the turbine sound. I do like their solution and they are coming out with a new line of scented solutions - Would be a great addition - but I am still looking for a great spray system |

Rep Power: 24 | I have the TurboBronzer 3000 by Cal Tan . I currently use Breeze #5 & #9. Ya it does sound like a Vac , but my clients love their tans & my business has really grow from it. I also like the Fantasy Tans spray system . Can't wait for those fun smells from Norvell, they smelled wonderful. I also have heard about a solution that shimmers...this next 12 months will be fun with the Sunless tans. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hey Aloha do you know that woman who won the new mystic booth at the show? I think she is from Martinez too. Her name is Linda. That was very exciting. The Tonight Show cameras were there. Did any one else see her win. I guess it will be on the Tonight Show some time after the 4th of July. We were so thrilled hor her... |

Rep Power: 0 | I was at the Vegas tradeshow but i was selling Sportarredo tanning beds. I also sell a Sunless tanning solution that is awsome. It has aromatherapy and a born on date to ensure the customer is getting the best possible sunless tan available. I am also starting to sell a new Sunless tanning booth called the Cabana Mist. Also new on the market I believe it blows the Mystic out of the water. Easy to use and operate, and fix. Tech suport is awesome as well. I feel it is going to overtake the mystic tan eventually. And it only cost around $15,000. So simple to use and install your bed runner could do it. Please feel free to call me any time and we can discuss these options. |
