I wouldn't necessaily class it as a dodge, but thanks for the comment !!!it is just not ethical to make claims which are not true. At the end of the day, consumers should not be misled, or they will not trust anyone, or any claims

I personally don't use vaseline as a barrier in the studio, I use Suave daily moisturizing lotion with oatmeal. It's a good, reasonable lotion with no scent (Aveeno knockoff) that works fine as a barrier. I probably wasn't very clear in my last post regarding either vaseline or lotion as a barrier, what I meant to say is these can be used to block solution from any areas you don't want gathering of solution, but ONLY on unopen, healthy skin...Scabs (HATE that word), pinkish moles, knuckles & toes, elbows, knees, etc.
Sores or tattoos and the like should be covered with a bandage...That's what I meant to say, sorry! Jen |
