Youngest age to spray tan - Page 2

We recently sprayed several 8 and 9 year olds for a pageant. Moms stayed in the room with them of course, while they were being sprayed. They wore just underwear. Color was great but the problem was convincing them to stand still long enough! Mom as well as child, got all the after-spray guidelines, so once they leave the salon it's mom's problem! I did have one mom bring her daughter back the day of the pageant however. Seems after she was sprayed in the morning, mom took her to Mickey D's for lunch where she proceeded to get ketchup all over her face. Mom was afraid to wipe it off so left it on until that evening! Instead of calling us and bringing her right in, she left the ketchup to dry on her face! What a mess that was!

Those beauty pagent parents are a rare breed indeed.... GOF BLESS YOU with them!

Timetotann - Spray tanning is completly safe so you can spray those young kids. We have alot of 7 to 12 year olds that come in to get sprayed for cheerleading competition. We will spray tan the younger group but we do not tan anyone under the age of 11.
