My hotcarltanning solution gets you more uses per gallon than any out there. First solution that can be reused!

Penny18 - we have some brilliant 'Black Blending Mitts' that we sell to clients to blend the tan after a booth application. They are not towelling so don't asborb the solution.

The Celebrity Tan method is using clear gloves (like the kind you may see in restaurants) to "Buff" down. AS any solution will collect in those areas of the body that has creases, and as most solutions contain bronzers, those areas need to be "buffed" out. All this means is that after coming out of the booth, the customer dons the gloves and then wipes their body down. There is no wiping off with a towel as there is little solution on the body.

Oh! Now I know why I didn't understand. I have the Custom Spray Booth and you do not wipe down after getting out. Plus the solution I use, All About Me, dries very quickly. Is that why you hear about streaking, because they didn't wipe off correctly?

I have a very expensive booth and no one uses it. The customers prefer the hand application. Just keep that in mind. I have a $30,000 towel holder in my salon, however, I do like the booths. Just make sure you spend some time with each client to make sure they are doing it properly. If they are happy, they will tell two friends etc... I like the magic better than the mystic.. people like the glass doors and the new magic allows a hand gun for touch ups. One more tip.. buy used and not new.. make sure the booth works.
Hmmm, nothing against this booth. But something you said makes me wonder about something unwonderful. Why would you need a touch-up spray gun if the booth does what it's supposed to do. Unless it's for certain areas of the body, ahem, under others, that gravity has not been nice to. Could that really be why they sell a $200-500 spray gun with their unit? Intriguing, to say the least.

The mitts are good in the winter. Great for cleaning off the wind screen after a fresh snow. As for buffing, they should supply one of those things the limo guys use. Cordless!
