Well, I'm really not angry---fustrated might be a better word. I would like to try sunless, but don't know if I can justify the cost of these better units. I realize that you get what you pay for and I don't want to make the mistake of buying something that doesn't work and not getting service after the sale. Do you feel this unit will out perform the Mystic or Magic?

I know that Jeffinkc has one of your ITS booths for sale. I'm concerned,here,with the fact that your equipment is too new and not proven yet. I am going to the Las Vegas show just to look at HP and sunless. I want to add one or both to my new salon this summer. I will definately give your KMT l000 consideration.

We will also have our Acapulco Mist there which sells for $32,500, if you feel the need for a higher end machine. We will also be displaying our new HP UV machine which uses the new Varius bulbs from Heraeus. Looking forward to seeing you in Vegas!

Why are you doing UV and sunless? Do you see sunless going away? I'm concerned about spending alot of money and not get a return. Also, what are the differences in your 2 machines?

PH save some money and just buy a used booth for around $14,000 to $18,000. If you can't afford new.

Buy the way. I tried the Cal-Tan unit. Great design, but terrible color. If anyone is thinking of buying a spray booth go and try it first before you purchase it.

If ITS has a 30 day money back guarntee then why does JeffinKC have his forsale? He has had it less that a month why don't you just take it back from him? Also did you ever refund the money for the other guy who asked for his money back?

No one has ever been unhappy with their machine, nor has anyone asked for their money back. The negative posts that you have read are from ex employees or competitors. The 30 day money back guarantee is for people who are unhappy with the quality of the machine or the tan. I believe Jeff is very happy with both.
