Getting the Mystic Tan container open...

We have a thing of solution that the cap is on way to tight and all we are doing is stripping the cap. Any suggestions how to open it without the turn key?

Drilllllll it baby...just make sure you get your holes right..transfer your stripped bottle solution to an old drum and screw it in. PS...you might wanna wear gloves and do the transfer outside..DHA can be a messy bit*h

Get a hold of Hamilton-Beach, I believe they have an industrial sized electric can opener that would be perfect for this application.

lol my girls actually got it open. They said one sat and the other pulled. This is mental image that I am trying not to get in my head.

large channel-lock pliers will do the trick.

as an alternative, use a hammer with scxrewdriver to hit sideways on the ridges of the cap.

or,

call Mystic and buy a new cap tool

The tool won't strip it you just need to put the drum between your feet and turn hard. Like I said you need a man to do it.

Hold the tool at a slight angle with the end you're holding higher than the end that fits into the groves. Opens easy that way. If you hold it straight across the tool does not fit into the groves close enough and that's when you'll strip it.

Well if a maaaaaaannnnn has to do it the girls did just fine. One put her weight and sat on the container while the other one pulled.
