Rep Power: 24 | It has already started....in a press release today Cal Tan is now suing Mystic........ Seeking Imeadiate Declaration Of Non-Infringement from Federal Court. Maybe finally someone will stand up and these *******'s will get what has been coming to them for a long time. |

Rep Power: 22 | Patent infringement…What about the HT booth infringed on Mist-on's patent? They lost. What about the Sunless Express infringed on Mist-on's patent? They are out of business. Help me here but it seams that the patent is much broader than the attorneys think. Nobody has beaten them yet...and plenty of money has been thrown up against the wall. It’s not about a blower here or a filter there, a door or a roof, or even some magnets; it’s about a booth to coat the human skin. Its very broad if you ask me. This will be very interesting to watch, I wonder if it will take years or months? Mike |

Rep Power: 0 | Quote:This is not the first time though. I believe it was Cal Tan that sued Mystic Tan about a year ago because Mystic's warrenty stated they would void your warrenty if you used a solution other than Mystic. I think it was Cal Tan, was able to prove that their solution did not harm the Mystic in any way. I received a notice from Mystic stating the use of other solutions will not void your warrenty. Maybe this is just a way to get even? This nonsense was washed out last year, why do you still try to perpetuate such bull?. |

Rep Power: 21 | How is that perpetuating such bull? If it was not bull then why the **** did Mystic Tan owners receive explicit letters in regards to this? STating that it is indeed ok for owners to use other solutions with out voiding the warrentys. Funnny how it seems to be bull when Mystic changed their view. |

Rep Power: 21 | I think the problem is we all dislike pb and the doc so much that we feel they just have to be wrong, they must be wrong. We are using our hearts and not our heads. So far no one has beat them. Many have tried and spent alot of money doing so. Doc did not patent the box part of the system, it patented the spray part of the system. Mystic patented the magnetan part of the system. If it is in a box or not , to me does not make a difference. |

Rep Power: 0 | funny how perception blinds one. The letter that I saw clearly stated that mystic would not provide warranty for injury incurred by using another's lotion. How corny to think you could impose your product on another by sueing them. That's like me saying to a judge through litigation, I want to be able to sneeze on you without your objection. Brother. I read in another forum that CalTAn is using a credit card verification system for their solution . If so, what sense does that make in regards to your story?. Where your having a problem is that it was bull back then, but you accepted it without challange. |
