I just purchased an airbrush tanning system for my own personal use...I recieved the paasche leisure tanning solution with my system...I am very dissapointed with the results...The product was very sticky and streaky, with an unrealistic bronzing affect...after showering the following day, my tan faded enormously and I was orange and splotchy all over... the solutions are expensive; so I would hate to keep purchasing different brands and getting the same affect...Can someone recommened a brand that will give me a rich deep golden tan even after the bronzer is washed away...and share any techniques you have on airbrushing for beginners.....any comments are highly appreciated..

You HAVE to have a great spray, don't go cheap.....we find certain sprays work better for diff people, we are in Canada, alot of diff heritage, fair skinned, norvell works great, darker skin....breeze/Flavours
PRACTICE, over and over OFTEN, 90 degree hold-paasche gun is great. prop pressure, 10-15 cent from skin, slow spray to start, circles

slow circles.....open the tip to where you are comfortable. I hate to say this too you, but it's only practice that will be able to tell you how successful you'll be, be patient, family, friends, EXPERIMENT..

Or try buying some of the 'No-DHA' solution for training purposes. It has no active ingredients and just washes off *s*

I have sprayed hundreds of people and I would never try to spray myself. I did my legs once and had horrible streaks. It is kind of like cutting your own hair...you will never get the best results. I have repaired many mistakes from booths and self applied self tanning lotions. Also, most DHA solutions will feel sticky until you take your first shower. I minimize that by using my airbrush to blow baby powder at all the sticky spots...underarms, bends of knee and elbow, insides of legs and under chin. I always ask if they mind before I do it due to allergies, etc.

Ladybug, I start with feet first also.
