It turns everything green because it is part organic and it goes bad. The green is mold. I personally have to use the bronze solution when I spray, I don't trust myself to use clear on anyone. I do a good job but I don't know how well it would look if I couldn't see it.

MOLD? Oh my, that's nasty. So clear or not, you'll see green?

banana1614 -

There is an option for the Mystic called the "multi-myst" system. Think it is about 2K and can be retrofitted. It allows you to have both bronze and clear available, and the tanner can "choose" which they want for their tan. If you want the option to be available.

Both solutions can turn to mold when they are out of the container. However when they are on your skin they will not since your body contains protein. You can retro fit your unit so you can give the client the option. I have done this since the option was offered. I do tend to have more people using the bronze solution. However it is a nice option to have. I believe the clear solution works better. Now if someone comes in from work with a white shirt and they happen to tan by you they can use the clear and go back to work. That's just one example of it's use.

I don't believe it's mould (unless you have left it for days and days). It's what happens when DHA is exposed to oxygen. Leave the lid off your solution for a couple days and see what happens!
