We just spray tanned our first paying client who afterwards got sprayed with milk by her child. Oops. When I talked to her over the phone she said that there was a noticeable difference where the liquid got onto her skin (and washed off some of the bronzer/tanner). Problem is that she's going to an event tomorrow evening and wanted her tan to look great (of course) in the strapless dress she'll be wearing. Has anyone ever had something of this nature happen with themselves or a client? How did you handle it and is there a remedy? THANKS!

That's gunna wash off in the shower anyway. The DHA has already been absorbed (hopefully) just the immediate color is gone. Worst case is that there is a SLIGHT difference or slight spottyness. We'll see I guess.

This is correct, however you can touch her up in the areas of concern and they will blend in.

Thanks for the imput. I tried called her and left a message but got no reply so I hope it went okay. I can't really touch her up because I had to fly out of town yesterday morning to go to the east coast. Great timing, huh.

I suppose milk could strip off some of the DHA because it contains Lactic Acid. I suspect the outcome for your customer was fine....It was probably just the bronzer that came off.
