Naked people - tanTALK

I am thinking about adding airbrush in my salon, but I am concerned about the liability of being in a room with a naked person, and how people will say or do anything for a buck. Has anyone had a problem with someone accusing them of sexual harrasment, or worse? And what do you do to prevent/handle this?

Oh my I didnt think of that. One of you will get popped with that. I think that is interesting. If someone hasnt someone will. Another reason to go for the spray booth.

We do not spray anyone naked. They must wear some sort of bottoms. And if they are a minor they must wear top and bottom unless parent sits in the room while they are being sprayed.

i use tandles of different colors all over the sides of my spray area and i say hold the red tandle, and now the blue...etc they are strategically placed on the walls to get all the areas without ever touching anyone...i do not even allow my clerks to hold their arms up or touch them in any way...same as the barrier creme..i show them by applying to myself at the same time and then it is a habit to never touch...so anyone that we would ever have to call as a witness as to how we perform our spray tans ...they can testify to the fact we never touch them ...PERIOD!! this my help you out...and as for under age all must wear top and bottom of some sort and anyone under 18 must have parent in with us...good luck...i love to spray if you need any other help email me..i know where to get all the disposable stuff and everything else you need at a fraction of the cost of most.....$$$$ all mine and not making payments on an expensive unit...my room and all for under 1,000....happy spraying.

I wonder if other businesses that have clients in various stages of undress are worried? Massage therapists, tattoo artists or even Doctors for that matter.
