Anyone tested these? Only 3 weeks old, curious if they are as good as the seller wants it to be.

Also very interested in hearing people's comments on health tan. Seems to promote longer lasting solution ?

Solutions cannot last any longer than 7 - 10 days. We shed layers of skin daily. As DHA only colors the outer layers, you will lose those with the 7-10 day time frame.

As a tanning salon owner I would not be excited about a booth called "Health"Tan. In my opinion this implies uv tanning is not healthy and this is a better alternative. Anyone adding a sunless booth to their salon needs to understand how to market it and still protect and promote your uv services.

I'm with ramcat. Just can't figure out the Health Tan claim that their solution will last 2 weeks. Putting on too much DHA will cause one to turn orange. If they're saturating the body with DHA to make it last for two weeks, one would think that it will turn orange AND, one would be required to use a whole lot of solution . All things being equal, more solution per tan = less profit. How much do they charge for a 5 gallon pail of their stuff? How much of their DHA does their machine use per spray?
My competitor in town with a Mystic Tan machine appears to be applying way to much DHA in an effort to compete with our Magic Tan. All of his customers are coming over here because they are turning orange using his Mystic Tan.

I have recently acquire the HealthTan Sun spa and the results are better than anything there is to offer in SA including the Mystic Tan. People are having bad reactions to breathing in the DHA solution and also the salons are messing around with solution by diluting it. As for the claim of 7 - 10 days - definately!!! I have a 3 week old tan and its still going well. We are currently launching the HealthTan South Africa and I believe that it is going to do very well here. I have tried everything else and this is by far the best by price, quality and ease of use. You don't put on too much solution . The spray is only 1.75 seconds back and the same for the front. 1 gallon = 75 clients. No one has turned orange or any other funny color. I find that it can be used by all customers regardless of skin conditions/color/tone. I'm sold!!! The DHA solution has a variety of moisturisers that help slow down the exfoliation process and actually rehydrates the skin. Anyone got any other comments?

Yea, if you're wearing the same skin you were 3 weeks ago, I'll bet you stink. Unless of course you put in some heavenly fragrance as well. Skin peel when the boyfriend caresses your face?. Bath lately?.

Tells us, what are the bad reactions so we can be aware of potentials.

Jeff, I'd much rather deal with a company who sold a product based on 'health tan', than one who needs to expose 'gas chambers'. Unless 'health tan''s use of various moisturizers violates common safety.

Don't people realize that they do more harm when they post such idiocy. Maybe it's part of the mystic of your market, Snake oil around a midnight fire.

No, how do you think a natural tan wears? This is just as a natural tan and behaves like a natural tan. So far, we have had no bad reactions. We have tested the spray in the eyes, on sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions. You also can't dilute the Vita Matrix tanning solution . The water/additive just sits on top and the solution is ruined. The amount of DHA solution is set to a factory default that you can change but there is no need as the solution is perfect whether the client weighs 55 or 125 kilo's. We recently finished a show where we were doing 15 to 20 tans per day for 4 days and there are so many impressed people in the beauty industry here that they are wanting to add it to their beauty salons. We are currently conducting independent tests with dermatologists, oncologists and our cancer association as to the benefits of the HealthTan product and I will post all results in the next 3 - 6 months as the results come through. Has anyone had any bad reactions to the Vita Matrix solution ? If so, what have they been?

I think I explained how a natural tan wears. If you are still tanned after 3 weeks, I believe that you have a VERY "dark" complexion or you never sweat. Your sheets have got to be funky.

If your tan has lasted 3 weeks you have got to be using an extender? Does Health Tan retail products to keep the tan on? What are they?
