Mystic Tan Solution vs California Tan

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone has a Mystic Tan and uses California Tan solution. The salon I go to in Los Angeles told me they use California Tan's solution. I think it gets you soooo much darker than Mystic's solution. I'm planning on purchasing a Mystic Tan soon...but, I don't want to use their solution. I read on this site that there may be issues with that. Does anyone know. I did hear that Mystic came out with better solution. I just really like California Tan's solution...it's darker and even smells better. Ok, I will stop babbling...thanks

I have a friend who owns a salon that uses cal tan in his mystic. Well actually he used it until his 5 gallon was gone. He was disatisfied. I use the premium Mystic Solution and have been very happy with it. My question is how could you Advertise that you have a Mystic Tan when you do not use the Mystic Solution?

I have just seen way better results with California Tan solution. I am currently a client of that place that uses Cal Tan solution in their Mystic booth. I have never thought that I wasn't getting a "Mystic Tan"...I think of the type of spray machine as the "Mystic Tan"...the nozzles...the way it sprays. I don't like Magic Tan 36 nozzles. They freak me out! So again, as a customer I have no problem with using different solution. I am glad the salon I go to switched. I feel I get 3 times darker, waaaay better color that lasts longer with the Cal Tan solution. Also, I went spray tanning at a competitors salon and they use Mystic Tan solution. I did not like how I turned out. The color was way tooo light and it smelled bad. So, with the better solution I was going to "one up" that place. Let people see you can get a better spray at my salon and you can go do others things when your done because you smell ok. But, I did hear that Mystic came out with two solutions and I am going to check those out at another salon. So, maybe their stuff got better. Alright, I'm done...see what I'm saying...

Should I bust them out??? I love the people that work there, but the owner is a jerk. It's City Tan on Ventura...ever heard of it?

No I'm sorry never heard of it.. But I've been wanted some info on owners that use the Cal Tan solution.. Where do you want to open your salon Kimberleigh?
