The "Custom Spray Booth" is $18,900.00 brand new.Why buy used? No clogged nozzles, no streaks, all stainless steel, use any one's solution.

hrmmm.. not too sure if the Hand Held nozzle for touch-ups is such a good idea. Surely if the booth did a good job, you wouldn't need a touch up? *just my two penny worth*

We use the hand held to do one free touch up between regular spray tans if they wish. It's been my experience that, everyone's skin is different and so, reacts slightly different to DHA. Some people fade faster than others. Most women's legs fade faster than the rest of their body because they shave them. It's a nice customer service and keeps them coming back. Primarily we use the hand held to sell just a face tan or just leg tans. It provides a nice option to our customers that no one else in our area can do.

I have one of the first MagicTan models and to this day it does wonders; the color is just awesome ... I really want to try out the new one too since I'm considering another salon. I think the spray booth and hand held option is a fabulous idea ... someone came into my salon asking if they could just stick their head in my booth for a darker look on their face. Of course that was a big no, however if we had the handheld attachment, we very well could have accommodated him. It's a given your face is going to fade faster since it's more exposed to washing, touching and simply the outside elements.

I'd recommend one of these to anyone, old or new, it's been a huge moneymaker for me. (The month of December thru New Years eve we sprayed over 320, the weekend of Valentines we sprayed 63, may not sound like a lot but the added cash is great) ... Oh, my booth was paid for 7 months after purchasing it.

Hey TanuTanme,
Sounds like you're a Magic Tan distributor not a salon owner, especially since you have one of the original machines and you just joined TanTalk yesterday.

Funny thing, I used to be, over a year ago, however I still love the machine/product! I've read a few of your spam material ITSTAN and it appears you are quite the trouble maker ... leave me out of your convoluded trash dear, I have more important things to attend to.

For what is it worth, my snicker was because the issue of getting hold of corporate officers. I do sell another booth, but if you like Magis, Mystic or any of the other numerous brands, thatis your business.

I do get aggrivated myself when I have a problem and cannot get hold of the service department or if I am put on hold for hours.

There are few businesses out there that have a real person answering the telephone. Some might think that it is better to use automation, but I prefer the personal touch. Let me talk to a person and not have to wade through a list of "push this to get there" options only to be disconnected or lost in a shuffel.

If I wanted to snicker about the booth, I didn't ned that post to do it. (~snicker~)

When I needed another wash down piece for our MagicTan I called corporate who gave us the direct line to the people who do their fulfillment. I called another toll free # and my part was in my hands the next day. Maybe I am just lucky to be able to get ahold of people within minutes or it could be my phone charm. Always say please and thank you for your help. Phone reps love that because they are used to irrate customers all day long. Thats the problem with Americans - we love to criticize but not praise people enough.

I've always gotten the same good service as sizzlestan had from Magic Tan. I'm curious, did you have to pay for the part or the over overnight frieght cost?
