I'm not familiar with that brand but I use Sol Potion and LOVE it. They have a bunch of different DHA shades to work with and the fragrance is really pleasant. I would give them a try.

Re: Best airbrush tanning solution???

What is the best tanning machine and solution at an affordable price? I've been looking at the maximist and Jamaica me tan? Any thoughts or suggestions?

I just ordered a sample of Kahuna Melange but haven't received it yet. What do you think in comparison with All About Me? Do these solution have a red tone to them? The red tone solutions are my favorite but are not for everyone! Looks good on olive skin tones but not for my fair clients. I'm considering trying Sjolie again for my fair clients but never could get it dark enough, even with the DHA drops? Do you use more then 2oz with this solution?
C.M.B.-here's my latest update: i do still use moroccan mineral for my lighter skinned clients for the nice bridal glow effect. That solution works great on clients with a yellow or a red-pink undertone, i think. I still haven't used the other solutions from the Extended Vacation line, but i have used there facial tanner, gradual tanner, and self tanner. Those products all work awesome. My other go to solution for fair skinned clients is California Tan-Rapid (olive base). Love it! They can shower in 1-3 hours, dries pretty fast, and last 5-8 days.

Over the past year I've slowly veered away from the artesian tan (AT) solutions (artesian blend & Kahuna). They seem to take SO much longer to dry than what I use now. And you are right, AT and All About Me (AAM) solutions both have red undertones. Which can be vary pretty and natural looking. I just hate feeling sticky the entire time i have a solution on.

In the past year I have purchased the following:
*Famous Daves Mist Solution: it's pricy $, works great for a 2 day tan, dries fast but i don't want to put it on every 2 days (anyone else tried this? any tips or tricks you can share?) I sprayed it on, using my HVLP system. Left it on for 4 hours, with little results, then tried 8 hours & got a pretty brown glowing tan. Not overboard at all.
*AYU-Vino 8%, 10%, and 12% red and violet base. dries fast. i use this ALOT. not used on fair skin clients but works great on all skin types II and above. I also like their lotion but just a warrning, it's more of a self tanner than a gradual tanner. i mix mine 50/50 with moisturizing lotion to be used as a gradual tanner.
*Black Magic- body building/competition solution -spray twice the day before comp., do not shower the morning of comp., apply a glaze or... spray the night before, rinse in the morning, spray again, dry and apply glaze

I still haven't found the perfect toasted brown solution or lotion....Any thoughts or suggestions? i want no orange or streaks, easy to apply, dries fast, and lasts a week or longer.

Sjolie ulta one. Perfect on every client every time. They will send you a small sample bottle for like $10 I think? I have been doing airbrush tanning for 4 years and will never use another product!
