Rep Power: 0 | For those of you looking for a spray booth I just thought I would share my experience with MiracleMist. We just bought a booth in April and the problems started soon after. The day before it was supposed to be installed, I called up Tantech at 7:30pm to confirm delivery and find out there was not going to be one. Two days later a Hollywood Tans truck shows up at our door to make delivery. So all day long, we have to explain to our customers what this billboard on wheels is doing in our parking lot! Not to mention HT just opened a salon about three miles from us. The children they sent to install it very nice but not exactly “A” mechanics. Defective regulators, defective compressor, bad seals on the door, and other problems plagued this machine. The customer service is non-existent. When we complained about the seals around the door, it took over a week and several more phone calls before some one showed up to look at it. Look at it was exactly what he did. The service tech from HT did not bother to call before he came, so neither my wife nor I were at the salon when he made his service call. He informed the girls working that day that there was nothing wrong with the seals. After talking to the girls I found out he did not even turn the machine on. Compare that to ETS, when we had a problem interfacing one of their new beds with our t-max they had a local tech at the salon the next day. When he couldn’t fix the problem, they flew some one out from t-max a day later. To add insult to injury three weeks after taking delivery we see the MM in a trade magazine for seven thousand dollars less than we paid for it. When we called up Ann at Tantech, she told us it was a different machine. SSSURE IT WAS. After a much trial and error and a plenty of help from a fellow MM owner in central Jersey the MM is working and people are generally happy with the results. A word of caution to anybody buying a sunless unit, results depend on lot on your customer. Proper preparation and following post spray instructions are very important. Do not let your customers think they can just walk in, get sprayed and walk out with a tan. |

Rep Power: 23 | Sh*tsky!! How did I miss this gem???? Has there been a 'good' post made about Tan Tech in the 4+ years I've been online???? Hmmmmmmmmm.... NO ~ there hasn't. The part with the Hollywood Tans Truck in your lot ---- you did not spray that b*tch with Red paint???? and YOu are from JERSEY??? I would have gotten a pair of Bull Balls and wrote on each one $3500 - - - and sent it to your sales man... and ask him if his balls are worth the 7K he over charged ya.... then I would have enclosed a box of 'No Doze' and told him to sleep with BOTH eyes open! |

Rep Power: 29 | Holy crap. I don't know how this one slipped by. That is the BIGGEST LOAD OF ****ZY EVER. I would have called the cops on those asses(so I say in my fit of rage). It's only 4:30 and I'm exhausted from ripping apart shady businesspeople. How long before we get posts about those hollywood whites and BURNT GUMS and NO ONE TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT? I need a drink NOW. |
