Rep Power: 0 | We have a ton of MYSTIC competition, and we are getting a bad name and losing clients, Because they can travel 5 moiles up the road and get the real deal. Our Clients are not stupid, Most of the used it back in the day when we had the origional solution . They know its different now. So they go up the road to another salon. See my point. I understand the whole tanning lamp thing. To me thats a little different! Thanks : ) |

Rep Power: 0 | The lamp scenario is a good one. I've always said that your customers will make the 'quality' call, your job is to maintain consistency. Did anyone experience the growth of blue fuzz in the early Mystic lotions. Don't see that any more do you. Or how about the white pastey cream that clogged up the lines, gone. What next, who knows, things are changing a mile a minute. Consistency is a very tough job, especially when you know darn well that the suppliers continue to look for the holy grail (secret formula). |

Rep Power: 22 | The lamp thing is different. We advertise beds not the lamps. We went with a different lamp last year and paid the price. Customers noticed the difference. We switched back to our regular lamps. If you have a mystic I believe that you are advertising thier product and solution . In this case the customer has noticed and is going somewhere else. When the owners notice the profit going down they will switch back. |

Rep Power: 0 | Even though this is my post on here what you are doing is illegal. The spray is part of what you are selling, just not the device it’s self. As a consumer, if I found out myself what I was being sprayed with wasn’t Mystic I would file a complaint with the attorney general and ask for my money back. If I didn’t receive my money back I would then of course take it to civil court and bring others aboard. They reason is again, you are not selling a Mystic tan. As stated previous, a bed and lamps are totally different things. I never been to a booth because of the brand name on the bed or bulbs, I only have done Mystic because of the whole package. |
